Mexican Chocolate Cake

  1. Sift together flour and sugar.
  2. In saucepan bring to a boil 2 sticks butter, 2 tbsp.
  3. cocoa, and 1 cup water.
  4. Pour boiling liquid over flour and sugar; mix well.
  5. Add baking soda, buttermilk, cinnamon, vanilla and eggs.
  6. Mix and pour into 9x13-inch buttered and floured pan.
  7. Bake 350F for 30 minutes.
  8. Let cool.
  9. Frosting: Bring margarine, milk and cocoa to a boil - remove from heat and add box of powdered sugar and vanilla.
  10. Mix well and add nuts.
