Pina Colada II
- 1 jigger (1 1/2 ounces) light rum
- 1/3 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 pony (1 ounce) well stirred canned cream of coconut
- Garnish: 1 maraschino cherry and 1 pineapple spear
- In a blender, blend rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut and 1 cup ice cubes until the drink is smooth.
- Pour the drink into a chilled old-fashioned glass.
- Garnish it with the cherry and the pineapple spear.
