Coconut-Ginger Tilapia

  1. Preheat oven to 350F Place the fillets on double layers of parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Divide the remaining ingredients equally over the fillets.
  3. Roll up packages tightly, place on baking sheet and bake 25 minutes.
