Shrimp-Caesar Salad in a Parmesan Bowl

  1. For each Parmesan bowl: Heat nonstick saute pan on medium heat.
  2. Add 1/2 cup cheese to skillet; spread to form 6-inch circle.
  3. Cook until cheese begins to melt and is lightly browned on bottom; turn.
  4. Cook until second side is lightly browned.
  5. Remove from skillet; immediately drape over inverted 6-inch bowl.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. For each serving: Add 1 tsp.
  8. butter to saute pan; cook until melted.
  9. Add 1 tsp.
  10. garlic and 1 shrimp skewer; season with 1/16 tsp.
  11. each salt and pepper.
  12. Cook 3 min.
  13. or until shrimp turn pink, turning once.
  14. Toss 2 cups lettuce with 2 Tbsp.
  15. dressing; add to Parmesan bowl.
  16. Top with 1/4 cup croutons and shrimp skewer.
