Layer Salad

  1. Cook carrots in a small amount of boiling salted water until tender-crisp; drain.
  2. Chill in refrigerator.
  3. Place lettuce in large glass bowl.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Layer carrots, celery, peas, onion, olives and bacon over lettuce.
  6. Spread 1 cup Blender Mayonnaise over top.
  7. Sprinkle with sugar if desired. Garnish with parsley and additional olives.
  8. Serve with remaining mayonnaise.
  9. Can use 1 cup mayonnaise with 1/4 cup milk and 3 teaspoons sugar.
  10. Mix and pour on top instead of Blender Mayonnaise.
