Pork Chop And Spanish Rice Recipe

  1. Slowly brown pork chops in shortening; drain off excess fat.
  2. Combine salt, chili pwdr and pepper; sprinkle over the chops.
  3. Add in rice, onion and the green pepper; pour the tomatoes over all.
  4. Cover and cook over low heat 35 min, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add in green pepper rings and cook 5 min longer or possibly till rice and meat are tender.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
