Vickys Tomato-Free Tomato Soup, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free

  1. Using a saucepan, fry the onion off in the oil until translucent, then add in the herbs
  2. Boil the water and dissolve the boullion in it
  3. Add the water and tomato sauce to the pan
  4. Simmer until heated through, season to taste and serve with a crusty roll
  5. To make a creamier soup, add some oat milk/cream as you serve.
  6. I added just 15ml to my finished soup
