Easy Beef Stroganoff
- 2 1/2 lb. boneless sirloin
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. minced onions
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 bouillon cubes
- 2 c. hot water
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- Cut the sirloin into 1 x 1/8-inch strips and cook in the butter until brown.
- Add minced onion and stir.
- Heat 5 minutes.
- Put in a casserole.
- Melt 1 tablespoon butter in saucepan.
- Blend in flour, hot water, bouillon cubes, Tabasco sauce, salt, pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and catsup.
- Cook until thickened.
- Beat in 1/2 cup sour cream.
- Pour over meat and bake 45 minutes in a 350u0b0 oven.
- Serve over cooked noodles.
