Snow-Covered Almond Crescents

  1. Beat first 5 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
  2. Add flour, baking soda and nuts; mix well.
  3. Refrigerate 30 min.
  4. Heat oven to 350F.
  5. Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
  6. Shape each into crescent.
  7. Place, 2 inches apart, on greased baking sheets; flatten slightly.
  8. Bake 12 to 15 min.
  9. or until lightly browned.
  10. Cool 3 min.
  11. on baking sheets.
  12. Remove to wire racks.
  13. Sprinkle with icing sugar; cool completely.
