Chicken Mexicali Recipe

  1. Place chicken breast between 2 sheets of wax paper, lb.
  2. to 1/2-1/4 inch thick.
  3. In large skillet heat butter over medium-high heat, add in 1/2 chicken and saute/fry about 3 min each side.
  4. Remove chicken and place on foil lined broiler tray.
  5. Saute/fry remaining chicken.
  6. In small bowl mix lowfat sour cream, green chili and cheese till well mixed, then spread 1 rounded Tbsp.
  7. on each chicken piece.
  8. Broil 5 min in preheated broiler.
  9. Garnish with avocados.
  10. Makes 4 servings.
