Layered Shrimp and Avocado Salad
- 2 avocados, chopped Target 10 ea For $10.00 thru 02/06
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 8 cups coarsely chopped Bibb lettuce
- 1 lb. (450 g) frozen cooked cleaned large shrimp, thawed, patted dry and coarsely chopped Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cup Kraft Creamy Poppyseed Dressing
- 1/2 cup finely shredded raw red beets
- Toss avocados with lemon juice.
- Layer lettuce, shrimp and avocados in large bowl.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
