Ginger-Mint Lemonade
- 1 lemon wedge
- Sugar
- Ice
- 6 mint leaves, plus 1 mint sprig for garnish
- 1 1/2 ounces Ginger Syrup
- 1 1/2 ounces water
- 1 1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice
- Moisten the outer rim of a highball glass with the lemon wedge and coat lightly with sugar, then fill the glass with ice.
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the Ginger Syrup.
- Add ice, the water and the lemon juice and shake well.
- Strain into the highball glass and garnish with the mint sprig.
