Broccoli, Spinach & Apple Slaw with Roasted Veggies
- 1-1/2 gal. broccoli slaw
- 1-1/2 gal. baby spinach leaves, chiffonade
- 3 qt. sweet potatoes, roasted, medium dice
- 3 qt. golden beets, roasted, peeled and medium dice
- 1-1/2 qt. Granny Smith apples, medium dice
- 1-1/2 qt. pecans, coarsely chopped, toasted
- 3 cups dried cherries
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1-1/2 qt. KRAFT Cranberry Apple Vinaigrette
- Combine all ingredients.
