Creamed Potatoes With Pork Recipe
- 6 pork chops
- 6 lg. potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 lg. onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Salt and pepper pork chops.
- Fry in frying pan till almost done.
- Set aside.
- Cut potatoes and place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
- Mix cream of mushroom soup and lowfat milk.
- Pour over potatoes.
- Slice onions and put over top of potatoes.
- Put pork chops on top of onions and potatoes.
- Cover and bake for 45 min at 450 degrees.
