Matcha Oreo Muffins
- 2 Eggs
- 60 grams Sugar
- 50 grams Butter
- 160 grams Cake flour
- 6 grams Matcha
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 50 ml Milk
- 1 packages Oreo cookies
- Preparations: Melt butter in the microwave.
- Sift together the dry ingredients.
- Line the muffin tins with paper.
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Set aside 6 of the Oreos to be used as garnish.
- Put the remaining 3 Oreos in a bag and close it so that they do not come out.
- Crush the Oreos in the bag.
- Put the beaten egg in a bowl, divide the sugar into 2 portions, and mix together with an electric mixer on high speed one portion at a time until it reaches the ribbons stage.
- Switch to a spatula and pour in the butter over the spatula to evenly distribute it.
- Mix together quickly without breaking up the bubbles.
- Add half of the dry ingredients and mix gently.
- Add the milk and the remaining dry ingredients, and mix quickly but gently.
- Finally, just before the flour is completely incorporated, add the crushed Oreos and mix.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin tin and garnish with the remaining Oreos, one per muffin.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180C for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 170C, and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Once baked, cool on a rack.
