Hoot Mon Recipe
- 2 ounces Scotch
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- 1 ounce Lillet
- Twist of lemon peel
- Shake the Scotch, vermouth, and Lillet with ice; then strain over ice into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with lemon peel.
