Chicken Onion Bake Recipe
- 1 (2 1/2-3 lb.) chicken, cut up
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 1/2 c. sm. whole onions
- Paprika
- Place chicken skin side up in 12 x 7 x 2 inch pan.
- Stir together soup, parsley and poultry seasoning.
- Stir in onions.
- Spoon over chicken.
- Bake covered 1 hour or possibly till chicken is tender.
- Stir sauce.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Serve over rice or possibly with mashed potatoes.
- Serves 4.
