Balsamic Syrup Recipe

• 2 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
• 1 c. port wine
• 1 x onion diced

1. Put all ingredients together and reduce over medium heat, down to 1/4 of its liquid.
2. Strain and throw away onion.
3. This recipe yields about 3/4 c..
4. Yield: 3/4 c.
