Cafe Rio Tomatillo Dressing

• 4 ounces hidden valley buttermilk ranch dressing mix
• 2 tomatillos
• 1 garlic clove
• 12 jalapeno pepper
• 2 cups mayonnaise
• 2 cups buttermilk
• 12 bunch cilantro
• 2 teaspoons lime juice

1. Blend ingredients together in blender until mixed well.
2. Refridgerate.
3. Serve with Cafe Rio pork, beans, and rice.
