Bechamel sauce with Greek yoghurt

• 2 can plain Greek yoghurt
• 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
• 2 medium eggs (I use 1)
• 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1 salt & pepper to taste

1. Stir together all of the ingredients in a bowl, and set aside until use.
