Moe's Crispy Fried Shrimp

  1. clean and peel shrimp
  2. preheat canola oil on medium to high heat
  3. season shrimp with old bay seasoning, parsley & pepper
  4. combine flour and cornmeal in large bowl or bag
  5. dip shrimp in milk, then into flour mixture and coat evenly
  6. shake off excess batter and place into hot oil carefully with tongs
  7. pan fry for 2 min on each side or untill golden brown
  8. remove from oil when done and place on paper towel to drain excess oil
