Skillet chicken with green beans & red peppers

  1. Season chicken cutlets with Ms.
  2. Dash, set aside.
  3. Or refrigerate up to an hour.
  4. Remove from refrigerator for 10 min before cooking.
  5. Heat EVOO in lg skillet.
  6. Add chicken & reduce heat to med-low.
  7. Cook chicken for 3 min on each side.
  8. Do not allow oil to get to hot or the outer part of the chicken will burn & interior will be raw.
  9. Add sliced red bell pepper & stir around.
  10. Then add green beans & stir around.
  11. Season with salt & pepper.
  12. Cover & reduce heat to low.
  13. Check the doneness of the chicken with a thermometer to be sure it has reached the proper temp.
  14. Lastly add lime juice.
  15. Serve as is or over rice or noodles.
