Delicious Cold Pasta with Tomato and Tuna

  1. Cut the tomato into bite-sized pieces, and transfer into a bowl.
  2. Mix in the ingredients.
  3. Let it chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  4. It will taste better this way.
  5. Cook the pasta, and chill under cold water.
  6. Drain the excess water well, and add to the Step 1 bowl.
  7. Add the canned tuna and roasted white sesame seeds to Step 2.
  8. Taste it and add more ponzu if you like.
  9. Plate and garnish with shredded shiso leaves on top, and you're done.
  10. You can use "Salaspa" (short spaghetti for salads), and eat it as a salad as well.
