Cheeseburger Meatloaf

• nonstick cooking spray
• 2 lbs ground beef
• 12 cup Robin Hood oats
• 12 onion, minced
• 2 eggs
• 12 cup ketchup
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 50 ml bick's sweet green relish
• 3 cups sandwich saver extra garlic pickles
• 14 cup ketchup
• 15 ml chipotle hot sauce (optional)

1. Combine all ingredients except pickles.
2. Divide mixture in quarters.
3. Pack 1/4 of meat into each pan.
4. Top with 6 pickles and then top with remaining meat mixture.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
6. Remove, brush with glaze, and cook 10-15 minutes longer, or until an internal temperature of 160F.
7. Serve one immediately and freeze the other.
