Cheesy Meatloaf

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 beaten egg
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 cup shredded cheese.

1. preheat oven to 400F (200C).
2. combine all but cheese, mix well.
3. add cheese and mix well.
4. place in loaf pan and bake for 45 to 60 minutes.
