Baked Fish Chowder

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Arrange clean fish in bottom of deep casserole.
  3. Add potatoes, vegetables and seasonings.
  4. Pour wine over top.
  5. Cut butter into bits and scatter on top.
  6. Pour boiling water over all and cover tightly.
  7. Bake 1 hour.
  8. Add warm cream and stir gently.
  9. Serve from casserole.
