Crockpot Meatloaf
- 3 lb lean ground beef
- 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes, drained
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can 8 oz tomato sauce
- 20 saltine crackers
- this recipe is for 6qt Crockpot.
- break ground meat into bowl.
- add diced tomatoes, blend well
- add eggs, and seasonings, blend well
- crumble crackers into mixture
- and tomato sauce and cheese, blend well
- put mixture in crock and cover with lid
- cook on high heat for 3 - 4 hrs
- serve plain, with brown gravy or ketchup.
- enjoy.
