Irresistible Chocolate Lava Cake

  1. Melt butter and chocolate chips in a bowl
  2. Mixed egg and sugar together.
  3. Then add the chocolate mixture and mixed well.
  4. Fold the flour into the mixture in step 2.
  5. Pour the mixture into 3 greased ramekins (the diameter of my ramekin is about 3.5 inches) and baked for 11 mins at 180Celsius (356F).
  6. After 11 mins of baking, run a paring knife round the side of the ramekin and turn the cake onto the serving plate.
  7. Dust some icing sugar and serve.
