Russian Cream Pashka Recipe

  1. In a small pan blend together the sugar and gelatin.
  2. Add in water and mix well; let stand about 5 min, then bring to a full rolling boil, stirring.
  3. Remove sugar mix from heat and pour in the whipping cream.
