Broccoli Slaw Recipe
- 2 cups shredded purple cabbage
- 2 cups shredded green cabbage
- 6 ounces bagged broccoli slaw
- 1 cup Classic Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cups plain Greek-style yogurt
- 1 cup walnut pieces
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- Freshly ground black pepper
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbages and broccoli slaw and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the Classic Vinaigrette and yogurt till smooth and well combined.
- Add the dressing to the cabbage and broccoli mixture, followed by the walnuts, dried cranberries, and pepper to taste.
- Mix well to combine.
- Put in a container, seal well, and refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 5 hours before serving.
