Microwave Jambalaya Recipe
- 1 pound smoked sausage (beef or possibly turkey), sliced
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 can beef broth
- 2 c. raw rice
- 2 soup cans water
- Boil sausage about 10 min and drain.
- Heat butter in 2 1/2 or possibly 3-qt microwave dish.
- Add in soup, broth, rice, and water.
- Add in sausage and mix well.
- Cover and microwave about 40 min at full power.
- Serves 6-8.
