Cheesy Potatoes

  1. Mix frozen hash brown potatoes with cream of chicken soup, 1/2 stick margarine/butter (melted), sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onions (can omit these), and pepper.
  2. Spread into a 9x13-inch pan.
  3. Mix 1/2 stick butter with 2 cups crushed corn flake crumbs and sprinkle on top.
  4. (optional if you are watching calories).
  5. Bake at 350F for 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
  6. I quite often make this in my crock pot.
  7. Alrighty now, I am hungry for these!
