Bean Casserole
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can yellow beans
- 1 can lima beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can chili beans or 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 1 can butter beans
- 2 lb. pork sausage, fried
- 2 onions, cut up
- 1 c. celery, cut up
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1/2 c. water
- Fry onions (cut up) and celery (cut up) until golden.
- Mix together tomato soup, mustard and brown sugar.
- Put beans, sausage, onion and celery in large roaster and mix.
- Add tomato soup mixture.
- Top with tomato paste mixed with water (do not mix with beans).
- Can put bacon strips on top.
- Bake for 1 hour at 375u0b0 or can mix all ingredients together and put in crock-pot.
