Red Grape Dessert Fondue
- 2 cups red grape juice
- 5 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup grape jelly
- 2 tablespoons brandy (optional)
- In a medium saucepan, gradually stir some of the red grape juice into the cornstarch until smooth.
- Add remaining juice and the grape jelly.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture comes to a boil and starts to thicken.
- Keep stirring while cooking for 1 to 2 minutes.
- If mixture begins to boil too hard, reduce the heat a bit.
- Stir in brandy, if using.
- Transfer mixture to a fondue pot.
- Keep warm for serving.
