Sweet Potato Souffle

  1. Mix all souffle ingredients together and pour into greased medium sized casserole dish.
  2. Cover with topping.
  3. Soften margarine, and mix all ingredients together well.
  4. It will be dry, crumble on top of potato mixture.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for approximately 35 minutes.
