Banana Nut Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and melt the butter
  2. Combine butter with the egg, sugar, and vanilla
  3. In a separate bowl soft the flour and the baking soda and powder
  4. Mix it all together, but just barley.
  5. It keeps them moist
  6. Crush half of the nuts finely and crush the other half leaving it with chunks
  7. Pour the chunkier one into the batter and set the other half aside
  8. Pour into muffin tins
  9. Sprinkle the rest of the nuts on top if the muffins
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes
