Buffalo Chicken Dip
- 1 prepared rotisserie chicken, meat pulled from bone and chopped
- 1 cup buffalo hot sauce (I like Frank's)
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup chunky bleu cheese salad dressing
- 1 (8 ounce) package mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 (16 ounce) package carrots, cut into sticks
- 1 (16 ounce) package celery, cut into sticks
- chopped green onion (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F; lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish; set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine chicken and buffalo sauce.
- Place in bottom of prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine cream cheese, dressing mix, and blue cheese dressing.
- Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over chicken layer.
- Sprinkle mozzarella over cream cheese layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven; cool for 10 minutes.
- Serve with carrots and celery sticks.
- Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
