Crunchy Peanut Butter-Cereal Treats

• 3/4 cup butter
• 160 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
• 1 qt. NUTTER BUTTER Creme Variegate
• 1-1/2 gal. crisp rice cereal
• 12 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

1. Heat butter, marshmallows and Variegate in double boiler on low heat until marshmallows are melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantlly.
2. Remove from heat.
3. Add cereal; mix well.
4. Press evenly into 4 greased half-hotel pans (or into 1 greased half-hotel pan for trial recipe).
5. Cool completely.
6. Remove cereal mixture from pans.
7. Cut each block into 6 squares, then cut each square diagonally into 2 triangles.
8. Dip 1 end of each triangle in chocolate; place on wire racks.
9. Let stand until chocolate is firm.
