Curry Sauce

• 1 cup KRAFT Classic Mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon curry powder
• 2 teaspoons hot chilli sauce
• 3/4 cup sour cream
• 2 spring onions, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon fruit chutney

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, until well blended.
2. Serve with butterfly pork steaks, barbequed lamb cutlets and seafood.
