A Great Summertime Dish! Speedy Marinated Beef
- 500 grams Thinly sliced beef
- 1 Onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 to 2 stalks Parsley (chopped)
- 100 ml Japanese Worcestershire sauce
- 50 ml * Tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp * Soy sauce
- 100 ml * Olive oil
- Slice the onion very thinly against the grain with a slicer.
- Mix the slices with the *A* ingredients.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil, and 'shabu-shabu' the beef slices by quickly submerging them once slice at a time in boiling water.
- When the meat cooks, submerge immediately in the marinade.
- When all the meat is in the marinate, coat very well.
- Chop up the parsley.
- Add the parsley to the bowl and mix in.
- Let it cool down, and then put it in the refrigerator.
- Leave to chill until you're ready to eat.
- It's delicous!
