A Great Summertime Dish! Speedy Marinated Beef

  1. Slice the onion very thinly against the grain with a slicer.
  2. Mix the slices with the *A* ingredients.
  3. Bring a pot of water to a boil, and 'shabu-shabu' the beef slices by quickly submerging them once slice at a time in boiling water.
  4. When the meat cooks, submerge immediately in the marinade.
  5. When all the meat is in the marinate, coat very well.
  6. Chop up the parsley.
  7. Add the parsley to the bowl and mix in.
  8. Let it cool down, and then put it in the refrigerator.
  9. Leave to chill until you're ready to eat.
  10. It's delicous!
