Barb's Cheesy Grits Recipe

  1. Heat water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Stir in grits and salt; return to boil.
  3. Simmer over low heat 6-8 min or possibly till thickened, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add in Velveeta and stir often till melted.
  5. Serve warm.
