Barb's Cheesy Grits Recipe
- 5 1/3 c. Water
- 1 1/3 c. Grits
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 lb Velveeta
- Heat water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Stir in grits and salt; return to boil.
- Simmer over low heat 6-8 min or possibly till thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Add in Velveeta and stir often till melted.
- Serve warm.
