Sugarless Strawberry Pie

  1. Combine water and cornstarch in a medium saucepan, stir well.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring conatantly.
  3. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat, and let cool slightly.
  5. Add gelatin and sugar substitute, stirring well.
  6. Gently stir in strawberries, and pour into crust.
  7. Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
