Tomato Basil Pesto Sauce

  1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook the finely chopped garlic on low heat.
  2. Boil the spaghetti in a pot filled with salted water.
  3. Add the can of tomatoes to the frying pan.
  4. If there isn't enough moisture, add water and let simmer.
  5. Add the chili and pesto genovese.
  6. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Once it has simmered for a little longer, add the pasta (cooked al dente), and it's done.
  8. Top with grated cheese and black pepper, and enjoy.
  9. This one is with bacon.
