Steamed Orange Beef

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Stir in one direction until well mixed, then transfer the meat to a shallow heatproof bowl.
  3. Set the bowl in a steamer over boiling water and steam until the meat is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
  4. Remove the bowl from the steamer and sprinkle the beef with the red pepper and coriander.
  5. Serve with the lettuce leaves.
