Buffalo Chicken Wontons

  1. Cook chicken breasts and shred.
  2. Preheat oven to 375.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, mix all ingredients except the wonton wrappers and oil
  4. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, line up wontons.
  5. Place 2 tablespoons of the mixture into each wonton.
  6. Fold wrapper in half to make a triangle.
  7. Run your finger along the edges with a little bit of water to secure edges.
  8. Brush a little oil on top.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  10. Serve with ranch or Bleu cheese
