Buffalo Chicken Wontons
- 2 chicken boneless, skinless breast
- 15 wonton wrappers
- 1/4 cup Ranch
- 1/2 cup Frank's red hot buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- Cook chicken breasts and shred.
- Preheat oven to 375.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix all ingredients except the wonton wrappers and oil
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, line up wontons.
- Place 2 tablespoons of the mixture into each wonton.
- Fold wrapper in half to make a triangle.
- Run your finger along the edges with a little bit of water to secure edges.
- Brush a little oil on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Serve with ranch or Bleu cheese
