Quick Curried Veggie Stir-Fry Skillet
- 1 large carrot, thinly sliced Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1 cup cauliflower florets Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- Cook and stir vegetables in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 3 to 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Stir in dressing and curry powder; cook 1 min.
- Add water and rice.
- Bring to boil; cover.
- Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
- Fluff with fork.
