  1. Cut donut shaped bread using donut cutter - no crusts.
  2. Fit leftover scraps into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
  3. Layer cheese on bread.
  4. Sprinkle on ham and broccoli.
  5. Arrange donut-shaped bread on top in two rows, down either side of center.
  6. Combine eggs, milk, onion, salt and mustard.
  7. Pour over bread, saturating each donut.
  8. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
  9. Bake at 325u0b0 for 55 minutes.
  10. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  11. For color add cherry tomatoes and/or sprig of parsley in each donut center.
