Sweet Onion & Tuna Salad

• 1 Sweet new harvest onion
• 1 small can Canned tuna
• 1 Mayonnaise
• 1 Ponzu
• 1 Black pepper

1. Thinly slice the sweet onion and soak in water.
2. Squeeze out the excess moisture.
3. Drain the canned tuna.
4. Arrange the sweet onion on a dish and top with the tuna, mayonnaise, and ponzu.
5. Sprinkle with black pepper to taste.
