Cheesy Italian Bacon & Egg Bake

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Spread half the bread cubes onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Top with half each of the onions, bacon, garlic, mozzarella and parmesan; cover with ricotta.
  4. Repeat layers of onions, bacon, garlic, mozzarella and parmesan.
  5. Whisk eggs and milk until blended; stir in tomatoes and seasonings.
  6. Pour over ingredients in baking dish.
  7. Press bread cubes lightly into egg mixture until completely covered.
  8. Let stand 10 min.
  9. Bake 50 min.
  10. to 1 hour or until center is set and top is golden brown.
