Improv Goulash
- 1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
- 1 medium Yellow Onion
- 1 medium Green Pepper
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Mixed Up Salt
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 cup Elbow Noodles
- 1 can Whole Kernel Corn
- 1 can 8 oz Tomato Sauce
- 1 can 6.5 oz Mushrooms (pieces & stems)
- 1 1/2 cup Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes (or for a kick- use Rotel)
- Bring a pot of 6 cups of water to a boil.
- While your water is heating; dice your onion and your green pepper.
- Mix together all the ingredients of "The Base".
- Once the water is boiling add the Elbow Noodles and a few dashes of salt to the water for approximately 8-10 minutes until cooked.
- Meanwhile, brown "The Base" on medium-high heat heat.
- While you are browning "The Base" and boiling the noodles mix together the corn, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes (yes a lot of tomatoes, it's good for you) and mushrooms.
- Once the noodles and "The Base" are done, drain them each.
- Then mix the noodles and the rest of "The Goods" with "The Base" in a large pot.
- Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling turn down the heat to Low-Medium and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
- Remove from heat, serve, and bask in the glory of your delicious meal.
- (Spices can be added to fit the needs of your taste buds) Enjoy!
